Well prepared.Ready for operation from day one.

Have operations management and emergency preparedness already been taken into account in your construction projects?

Facility management during planning and construction closes the gap between commissioning and completion (SIA 112, sub-phase 53) and operation. When involved early, it ensures that the requirements of technical and infrastructural operations are built into planning and construction in good time. We support everyone involved through to regular operation and lay the foundations for a building that is ready for operation and for clearly defined responsibilities between owners and operators.

How we support you:

  • Bring in usage and operating requirements from SIA phase 2 and consider operating and life-cycle costs (LCC)
  • Prepare FM reviews, operating concepts and operating manuals and support the introduction of regular operation
  • Prepare operationally relevant concepts such as an organisational emergency concept
  • Clarify the responsibilities of the future operating organisation and record them in interface matrices
  • Review operating documentation and quantities in the as-built records (SIA 112, sub-phase 53) and request missing documents from the specialist planners
