Welcoming grounds and spaces.Well-thought-out maintenance.
Do the care and maintenance of your green spaces suit your properties?
Grounds and green spaces, cemeteries and interior planting shape the impression of church properties. However, they also require ongoing maintenance. For new designs and redesigns, we take future maintenance costs into account. For existing areas, we develop suitable maintenance routines with you.
How we support you:
- Bring care and maintenance requirements into projects early
- Record and improve existing grounds maintenance processes
- Clarify servicing and maintenance of building services and systems
- Assess the organisation of sexton services and caretaking
